my early morning flight brought me back to taipei and city hotel exceeded my expectations. the helpful staff spoke multiple languages, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the warm toilet seat was a pleasant surprise.

We were also pleased to find that there was a Starbucks in the same building and a Carrefour store right across the street. However, the best aspect of our stay was the exceptional staff. Benny and Jerry, the midnight shift staff, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and answered all our questions with great expertise. We truly appreciate their outstanding service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel room, it was larger than expected. The location was convenient, with Ning Xia night market nearby. The hotel allowed me to check out 30 minutes later than the usual time. They also provided free breakfast and 2 bottles of water. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Taipei.
